2.55pm Lingfield – Atletico 2pts Win (5/2)
Roger Varian’s talented sprinter has kept on hitting the crossbar in recent efforts with three runner up efforts to his name so far this year. His run at Wolverhampton last time deserved a win, Reflector dictated the race from the front with the selection held up in last and he was the only one to make any significant headway to go down just a head. He has a race in him off this mark and simply has to be bang there on his first appearance at Lingfield.
4.20pm Newcastle – Golden Jeffrey 3pts Win (2/1)
This trainer and jockey are absolutely flying at present, boasting 3-9 and 6-12 winners to runners in the past two weeks respectively. They team up with Golden Jeffrey here who had a good 2017 gaining a pair of bumper wins, a flat handicap victory and an additional two successes over hurdles. He won off a break last year and I expect him to do the same here.
