3.40pm Wetherby – Isle Of Ewe 3pts Win (5/2)

Trainer Tom Lacey has been in absolutely unbelievable form of late with 5 winners from 9 runners in the past 14 days and 10 from 15 with his last 30, combine that with Richard Johnson’s 39% course strike rate in the past year that just enhances Isle Of Ewe’s claims. His bumper form is solid and he won his debut over obstacles back in 2016 but we didn’t see him again until February of this year when he finished sixth on his handicap debut. The third, fifth and seventh have all come out and won from that race which gives the form a nice look about it and he’s entitled to come on plenty for it. For in-form connections this mark of 114 should be no problem and I’m expecting a win.
